“As this is a long-term stay, we kindly ask guests to maintain cleanliness during their visit. Complimentary starter supplies are provided, including: laundry soap, softener, bleach, stain remover, basic cleaning products, and bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. A starter set of basic kitchen essentials is also included, along with complimentary coffee and tea. Cleaning tools are available for guest use. Extra sheets, bedding, and pillowcases are provided, but guests are responsible for changing them as needed. Guests are also responsible for taking out their own garbage; outdoor bins are available for use. Once the starter supplies run out, guests are expected to purchase any additional items they may need. If cleaning assistance is required, services can be arranged for an additional fee.”

* No shoes indoors: Please remove your shoes upon entering the home to maintain hygiene. Indoor slippers provided at the entrance if needed.

* Temperature control: If you have concerns about the suite temperature, please message us, and we'll be happy to adjust the heat/air conditioning for your comfort.
