The lounge is a great place to chill out in or to play in! It includes a 32inch flat screen TV, youview box with pause / record / rewind functions, all freeview channels, free Netflix, free Now TV, a Roku3 with thousands of channels and games at your fingertips, DVD/CD player and a fantastic amp & speaker set up with jack lead for your smart phone / other media devices to listen to your music through.
There are also a multitude of books and magazines to suit all interests, a range of musical instruments including a guitar, ukulele, guitalele, harmonica, Irish flute along with learner books if you really want to get serious!
There are plenty of board and card games too and even a DVD & CD library - please feel free to copy anything you wish to your media devices.
At the side of the lounge is a high bar table and high chairs giving you a fantastic green tree top view and a look over the gorgeous gardens below. The sky is huge from the lounge window and there is plenty of wildlife to watch and listen to. There are a few rooftops and a steeple in sight also. It's the perfect place to sit with drinks or a bite to eat.
The kitchen comes with a Nutribullet pro, for making high energy and protein health shakes, a Nespresso coffee machine, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and all the other essentials. The cupboards are stocked with a range of teas, coffee, speciality herbal teas, herbs, spices, cooking oils and plenty of other items to make it easier for you to cook without having to buy yourself or bring your own! Breakfast includes muesli, oats, cereals, apples, oranges, bananas and several other seasonal fruits, jams, marmalades, juice, bakery bread, butter, milk, seeds, nuts, garlic and anything else you might want to request especially. Butter and milk items will be a vegan variety as I am vegan but I don't mind getting something in especially for you if you'd like me too. Just ask!
The stunning bedroom area has a unique handmade vintage double bed made of oak wood and iron metal finishings. The ultra comfy memory foam topper and mattress both have anti-allergen covers on them and the linen you will sleep on is a 300 count soft percale linen, designed to give you a luxurious and perfect nights sleep.
At the bottom of the bed is a large wooden chest of draws for your clothes, other bedroom features include vanity mirrors, Vidal Sasson infrared hairdryer, GHD hair straighteners, complementary styling products for your use along with fresh beautiful flowers and orange mood lighting for the evenings. The bedroom is separated from the lounge with a curtain and lighting that can be pulled back or kept shut.
The bathroom is a serene place to enjoy a candlelit bath or a nice powerful shower if you prefer to get you going in the morning. I provided many complementary toiletries in the bathroom, so if you've left something at home I am sure you will find it here. Bath and hand towels are provided and there is a heated towel rail for your use also.
The office is stocked full with all the items you'd needed to get a hard days work done. If there is anything you'd like to me to make sure is there, just kindly ask me.
If instead you to take a break from work and capture the mood and the feel of Brighton (from the sky view from the window?), there is an arts and craft section in the office full of tools for sketching, painting, charcoals, pencils, colours, writing materials and much much more. Or for those who wish to use it, a Husqvarna sewing machine is in the flat plus a whole selection of patterns, materials, and haberdashery items too.

Access to all areas of the flat and large communal back garden. Kindly note that the garden has some what of a rustic feel as it is kept by the residents in the building as and when they can in their busy schedules! :)
Other things to note
Parking is free outside on the street and the surrounding streets. I'm pretty sure you will always get a space - we have a car and always find a spot on our street. The only parking restrictions on our street is from Monday - Friday, no parking from 12 - 1pm (it's a none permit zone). So you'd just have to note this and make sure your vehicle is moved otherwise you may get a parking ticket. However, on Clermont Road, the road that joins mine, you can park 12- 1pm on the left hand side (as you face Preston Park train station). So if you can get a spot here the night before it will save you having to move your vehicle for an hour the next day.
Please note the driveway to the building is paid for by a permanent resident and cannot be used under any circumstances.
Recycling and rubbish can be taken downstairs and placed in the recycling black boxes and rubbish bins at the front of the house.
It goes with out saying, please kindly respect the neighbours who permanently live in the building and their privacy. Keep noise levels to a minimum after midnight until 6am in the flat, outer building or garden, thank you so much!
