Pretty very bright house in downtown Cahors on a semi-pedestrian street. Lots of character with its old hardwood floors and beams
The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, 200m from Bd Gambetta. A small convenience store is 50 meters away for troubleshooting!
Double exposure and unobstructed views of a wooded garden, making the house very bright and welcoming, as in a green setting.

The space
Pretty house of about 60 sqm on 3 levels:

- On the ground floor: double bedroom (140 x 190 bed), TV; toilet and sink;
- on the first level: pleasant stay with equipped kitchen, very bright (double exposure): sofa and TV; everything you need for a short stay or for a longer stop (Tassimo coffee maker, mini oven, kettle, toaster, two ceramic hobs and cooking equipment!)
- on the third level, large double bedroom (140 x 190 bed) and bathroom with toilet.

Soft solid oak stairs (with ramp) and large bays on the outside

Independent entrance. Key box available for check-ins or check-outs at non-standard times.
