The space
100 year old house that's been mostly rehabbed, basement to be finished fall of 2024. Resting on one of the last ranches originally homesteaded by the same family that owns it today since 1886! Alot of work left to be done to this historic property but as peaceful and remote as you'll find!

Other things to note
The property although newly rehabbed, do understand it's vacant unless rented out. It's cleaned before and after each use, however it is a ranch where there's wildlife so if there's a bug in the property we do apologize but welcome to the country 🤗
