Amidst a posh neighbourhood ensconced in abundant greenery, this independent home holds three plush bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, and is perfect for families, friends and travellers looking for a tranquil getaway in the heart of the city.

While we aim to provide all modern conveniences and amenities, please note that this is a home and not a hotel. Therefore, if a minor inconvenience ever pops up, we request your patience as we resolve it. We request you to treat it like you would treat your own home, keep it clean and we hope you will feel fully home.

We request you to note some standard house rules:

1) *Footwear*: please leave your outdoors footwear in the shoe rack outside, and kindly only wear indoors footwear within the house

2) *Smoking*: no smoking please. (No restrictions on drinking). Kindly note that this is the only hard rule for this property and therefore, you may be requested to pay penalties if this rule is broken.

3) *Unregistered visitors*: A maximum of 6 people (including kids) can be accomodated within the property. Beyond that, no visitors or tenants will be allowed.

4) *Parties*: no loud parties or noise please as it’s a residential community

5) *Water consumption*: please be judicious with water usage as Hyderabad is going through severe water scarcity

6) *Electricity usage*: please turn off the fans/ ac after you leave the room/ house

7) *dishes and additional housekeeping*: housekeeping is provided on alternate days. However this doesn’t include dishwashing so please wash any dishes you use.

If you need assistance with dishwashing or additional housekeeping, kindly let us know and we will arrange it at a small fee determined by the housekeeper (usually 400 rupees for an additional day of all inclusive housekeeping and 200 rupees for standalone dishwashing). These can be settled directly with the housekeeping staff.
