The space

This is a beautiful, spacious, fully furnished room in a three bedroom artsy apartment with hardwood floors, ample work space, free wi-fi, nice neighbors and coffee shops // bars // cafes // laundry // organic grocery stores within a couple blocks walking distance. You will have your own private room and live with two clean, responsible, easy going roommates (early thirties, artists). I will provide clean linens//towels and you are welcome to use tea, coffee and condiments.

It is conveniently located 8 minutes walk from the Bedford-Nostrand stop on the G train (just a short ride from Williamsburg, Queens, Ft. Green) and 5 minutes walk from the Nostrand A / C trains (just a short ride into Manhattan). If you are into bike riding, there are community bike rentals just a couple blocks away and it is a 10 minute bike ride to Prospect Park and a 15 minute bike ride to the Williamsburg Bridge.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated on the Bedstuy - Clinton Hill border, just blocks away from laundry, organic grocery, coffee shops, bars, and brunch spots. It is surrounded by beautiful brownstones and historic churches and mosques. It's also about a mile from Prospect Park, half a mile from Fort Greene Park, and a 15 minute walk to Pratt Institute. A fun, artsy, very up and coming area!
