Welcome to this bright and cozy house located in the heart of the private residence Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez, in Grimaud.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room.
There you will find:
2 shower rooms (ground floor + floor)
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer...)
A friendly stay with a TV
A sheltered terrace with a garden to fully enjoy outdoor dining.
Beautiful natural setting outside, while being in a quiet area.
A free parking space in the residence (not numbered)

Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez offers an exceptional and secure setting with:
2 pools including a wave pool

Bed sheets, bath towels, dish towels, and shower mats are not provided but are available upon request (€25 per set for two people).
It is important to request them in advance if needed!
Note: Even if a cleaning service is provided, a minimum of storage is required:
Throwing trash
Dishwasher emptied
Listing left clean and tidy

Linens and towels are not provided. But can be requested for an additional fee. The rate is €25 for a set of two people, including two large towels, two pillowcases, a fitted sheet and a flat sheet.
