This is a completely separate studio apartment with a private entrance, full kitchen, high speed wifi (wifi system upgraded January 2019), HDTV, a record player and tube audio stereo, full bath, and all the amenities of home. We offer a well appointed, comfy and roomy retreat. Nestled in a friendly and scenic bayside community, with easy freeway access (less than a mile from I-80 and Highway 4). Guests need to be mindful of quiet time especially in the evenings. We are a family neighborhood/community who are respectful of others and expect our guests to do the same.
Some things to note:
-No ADA accessibility
-No pets allowed
-Keep noise level to a minimum after 2200 hour or 10pm through 8am.
-Guest(s) are not allowed to use address to receive mail/package from any carrier.
-Parking in the alleyway is not allowed, however there's plenty of free street parking, especially on Railroad Avenue.
-We require the full name of additional guest(s) besides the one named on the Reservation Confirmation. Please provide this information through email.
-Daily Pricing includes 10% City Transient Occupancy Tax ($81.82 Daily Rate plus $8.18 tax)
