Kozy Kent Island home is in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from the Bay Bridge. This home is centrally located to several wedding venues in and around Kent Island, as well as several local restaurants. You will be minutes away from the Cross-Island Trail and South Island Trail (both great walking, running, or biking trails) and the beaches of Terrapin Park. Driving West, you will be in Annapolis in a short 20 minutes; Baltimore 45 minutes, and D.C. about 55 minutes. We also enjoy day trips to St. Michaels (45 minutes), Chestertown (45 minutes), or Easton (35 minutes).
