For those who love to enjoy a beach, the right place is here. The apartment is one block from the beach, Praia Grande, the trendiest in Ubatuba.
With all the necessary infrastructure, guests will find kiosks, good music and excellent cuisine, which will guarantee their leisure to enjoy their vacation.

The space
Fully renovated apartment, with new furniture and household items, located in the Ximenes II Condominium, 100 meters from Praia Grande in Ubatuba/SP, towards the middle of the beach, prime area, surrounded by shops selling beach items, clothes, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, bakery, wine cellar, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, in short, everything you need to not take the car out for anything!

We do not provide bedding (sheets, pillowcases or blankets), tablecloths (towels and dishcloths) and bath towels (bath, face or floor towels).

The parking space is uncovered and external, located in front of the condominium entrance, suitable for 01 passenger vehicle.

Other things to note
The amount shown in the listing is up to 4 guests. The maximum capacity of the apartment is for 6 guests in beds, regardless of age, including children and babies. Above 4 guests are charged an additional R$50 per extra guest per night.

The parking space is uncovered and external, located in front of the condominium gatehouse, suitable for 01 passenger vehicle.

The guest must respect the quiet times, avoiding noises after 22:00 hs. In addition to the condominium rules, Ubatuba has a specific municipal law that provides for high fines and even seizure in cases of disturbance of peace!

On the day of the check out, do not forget to remove the rubbish from the apartment and leave it in the general trash bin, as well as leave the dishes washed.

We accept 1 small pet, for the payment of a fee and as long as the condominium's rules of silence are respected. It is not allowed to walk with the pets in the condominium only circulate in the common areas to enter and leave the condominium always with a guide. We kindly ask you to take the pets to the tours, as they should not be left alone in the apartment. Pets can't climb the beds or the sofa or make their needs inside the apartment. The pet's vaccination card must be presented if requested.
