This is a cute cozy cottage in a quiet relaxing town. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. It was fun to sleep in a loft. Just park your car and leave it. We don’t live far from Gold Hill, but it seemed like we were far from our home. The town was busy with cute trick or treaters. We went on the ghost walk and stayed overnight. The cottage butts up to the back of the Morgan Ridge tasting room, so it’s nice to have a glass of wine or beer after exploring the cute shops. Shared a few good laughs with some shop owners. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the activities of the town cats. Look out for the orange tabby. He’s a sweet cat, but not shy and will make himself at home. A big plus is that we were also able to bring our 2 small dogs. The only thing negative I would mention, is to be prepared to bring some food with you. There isn’t a restaurant nearby for a meal. You can purchase snacks in town. But this certainly isn’t Amies fault. Definitely a nice getaway. We would stay there again.

Wonderful space! Amie is very quick to respond to any questions and I love that you can walk to some local antique shops.

Absolutely loved staying in Gold Hill! We really enjoyed the back patio and the quaint mining village! We wish we could’ve spent more time in the area however we were there for a wedding and couldn’t really enjoy the area to it fullest potential. Just an FYI to future visitors; since there isn’t WiFi, you have to use your phone, which isn’t a big deal if you have Verizon (Sprint doesn’t have a signal at all though)!

We loved this little cottage. Everything was just as pictured and it was super cozy. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Only downside was that the tasting room closed earlier than expected Saturday and we missed out on that experience.
