Guest access
You will have private access to your studio, your patio, and the backyard. The backyard is shared, but other than that all your spaces are private. You can use the beach bikes in the carport and the laundry room.

Other things to note
We have provided beach bikes, a boogie board, and beach towels so you can get there easily and enjoy your time at the beach! It’s a 15-minute easy walk over the bridge to one of the top beaches in the nation or a 8 min bike ride.
