HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have stayed at many AirBNBs around the world, but this is by far the best experience I have ever had! The Arana Family are complete GEMS! They are the definition of truly warm, and hospitable people. We arrived late, and they welcomed us with open arms worried of our journey and genuinely cared for our safety. The location is PRIME for the train station, but the experience is beyond anything you could imagine for what you receive. The family goes over everything in detail and the rooms are spacious with TV, and fast internet. They prepared for us breakfast for us very early, and it had everything you could possibly want. A full spread and even gave us boxes to take the leftovers for our journey. They are such kind people, this is where you need to stay to experience Peru in its most pure form! Thank you all so much for a beautiful experience we can treasure for the rest of our lives! :)

First of all, the communication with Isaac was immediate and consistently timely. He was very helpful with preparation and very flexible and supportive of changes in our itinerary. We are so thankful and feel blessed to have stayed with Isaac and his family. Both his father and mother received of with a late evening arrival, meeting us at the train station, then preparing us a wonderful dinner. When I realized I would have to go to the bathroom outside of the room and down the hall with passage outside I was a little disappointed. It actually posed no problems at all and was quickly accepted because, we had a nice room, warm beds, hot showers, Wi-Fi, great sleep and an amazing breakfast in the morning. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Staying here was like being with family away from home. The location was great for anyone with an early train out in the morning or late train arrival in the evening. If needing a stop on the way or returning from Machu Picchu, this is a great place to stay. I would gladly stay with Isaac and his parents again.

Isaac was a great host and made everything super easy. This is the perfect location if you're trying to catch an early train from the Poroy station.

Isaac's parents operated the b&b for us. Amazing people, couldn't ask for better. I suspect he waited for us a long time at the train station to welcome us back from Macchu Picchu, since I forgot to tell him which train we were arriving on. Good guy. They arrange taxi from/to anywhere for good prices. They also made an amazing breakfast for us at 4:30am when we left early. Wuuut!

It was a very good experience. Thank you for the great communication and helping us out with small things while we stayed and also for keeping our bags until our return. The breakfast was sumptuous and the Inca tea was very good. I felt the hospitality was very good on our way to Machu Pichu and back. The rooms can be a bit warmer with heaters during winters (we had heater in one of two rooms). We would have preferred the toilet and bath to be inside the rooms but this did not cause any challenges at all. Isaac, his father and mother are great hosts and know how to take care of someone from outside Cusco or out of Peru in particular. Isaac also arranged a car to take us to the apartment we were staying on the way back from Machi Puchi and was in touch with me even after we landed in Lima and provided guidance on sight seeking tips. I will not hesitate to stay here again.
