Other things to note
A security deposit of €200 is required, to be paid close to the check-in date by bank transfer, Pay Pal or Wise. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out once we have completed a quality check to ensure everything is in order.
Check-in between 21:00 and 00:00 will be considered a late check-in, with an additional fee of €30 to be paid in cash directly to the host.
To comply with Portuguese regulations, we ask all guests to complete the SIBA (Tourist Accommodation Information System) form. A link will be sent closer to the check-in date to fill in your details online. We appreciate your cooperation in this process.
