Eri & Michael's place was wonderful! The house looks really cool. We gladly used the bicycles to go to climb Mount Shishigatake which is nearby. We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The area was nice and quiet as well. Good for hiking in the countryside as well as…

A beautiful traditional house in a tea-growing area. It was quite cold as the house is big and it was early December. But the heaters kept us warm. We really enjoyed learning more about Japanese culture through the lesson on the tea ceremony - highly recommended!
