The private manicured rose garden, panoramic view of hills and waterfalls overlooking the balcony, and the freshness of morning dew and the mystic weather are few of the many things that are sure to make your stay a delightful and memorable experience.
The space
Let me walk you through the villa:
BEDROOMS:
- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the first floor.
- All bedrooms have king-sized beds and attached bathrooms.
- Heaters can be arranged in some bedrooms on request.
BATHROOMS:
- There are 3 bathrooms - all attached.
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are offered in all the bathrooms.
COMMON AREAS:
- There are 2 living rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
- It can seat up to 10 people and offers TV.
- There is a library.
- Indoor games can be arranged on request.
- There is a lawn with seating for up to 6 people.
- Events can be organised at an additional cost, on prior notice.
KITCHEN & MEALS:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 14 people.
- There is a separate kitchen that is only accessible to the chef. Guests are not allowed to cook here.
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
Guest access
- The guests have access to the entire villa.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.
Other things to note
* There are 7 CCTV cameras installed in the villa for security purposes.
* There is an electronic solar fence around the villa given the presence of monkeys around the villa.
* There are exclusive and unique paintings assembled by the owner in the villa. Guests are requested to be handle them with care.
* We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
HOUSE RULES:
* Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Drinking is allowed.
* Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
* Sheesha is strictly prohibited.
* Plucking of fruits and flowers from the garden is strictly prohibited.
* Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to us for assistance.
