Neighbourhood highlights

In summer it is wonderful in Lincel. The sun shines abundantly, nature is exuberant, it is warm but the nights are cool because Lincel is at 550 meters altitude.
The Luberon is not overrun by tourists, but during the summer vacations the access roads, markets and restaurants are crowded.
The early and late seasons, for those who can take advantage of them, are ideal.
With the large number of sunshine hours, clear Provencal skies and even the occasional snow shower, the winter months and early spring are also great periods to be here. Sure, the days are shorter, but having lunch outside is fine: in a thick sweater. The pool is closed. In autumn, the forests are brilliant in color and the sunsets are at their best. Photographers can enjoy themselves just then.

I am a Dutch with a lot of love for France. In 1995, my husband and I built a holiday villa in a beautiful place in the Luberon. During Covid my husband died. Then I decided to rebuild a part of my house as a studio where I host guests.
