Guest access
Access to the building is through the pedestrian electronic gate, second electronic gate to access the stairs, and electronic lock of the apartment's entrance door. Passwords will be available 2 hours before check-in. The control for the electronic gate for cars is on the key holder in the apartment's kitchen.
Other things to note
The rental price includes the entrance cleaning fees, the clean bed and bath linen fees, and the cooking gas fee. If you want internal cleaning and/or a cook during your stay, you can negotiate directly with people I can refer for this purpose. Electricity and mineral water are not included in the price. The energy meter is checked at the entrance and exit of each rental and R$ 1.50 is charged for the kWh used during the stay. Additional amounts will be charged after checkout for any damage to the property, furniture, utensils if it occurs (price list attached to the contract)
