Apartament new, comfy bedroom and living room. Very clean. Sofisticated deco. Close to metro and easy to drive anywhere in the city. Police is one block away.

The space
Saturday there is a street market in the street and in front of the building a traditional "pastel" stand.
There is a mini market carrefour inside of the building. The price of the goods is the same as the standard carrefour supermarket. To be able to use the mini market, the guest needs to register within carrefour app.
The building has swimming pool, gym, outsourced laundry service (paid by guests), area to relax and yoga. There is also a gourmet space which could be rented for small meetings and events.
