A picturesque, self catering 14th century watermill set into the bank of the Lot River, the entry to the house is accessed by a wooden bridge from the road you enter the house into the grand living room and long eight seater dining table. The windows open to views of the beautiful river Lot. A great rustic experience !

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie.

The space
This house will not be suitable for young unsupervised children, and people with very reduced mobility. This is due to the unfenced garden and the wooden bridge used to enter the building.

Guest access
Guests will have the whole house and garden to themselves for the duration of their stay.

Located between Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Cajarc, the small quaint village is set on the banks of the River Lot on one side of the road and with the stunning limestone cliffs that house the troglodyte houses of on the other.

There is many outdoor activities to do nearby, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing, biking, many walks, such as along the the Chemin de Halage tow path, hikes, diving and visits to the local attractions such as Peche Merle caves and the Chateau de Cenevieres.
