This place is beautiful from the drive up to the main house to the quiet land that surrounds it! Mrs. Susanne was a great hostess! Breakfast was nothing short of amazing each morning that we were there. You sit on The porch for breakfast to view The beautiful scenery and The hummingbirds were plentiful and a sight to see. The room and bathroom were very spacious! And very quiet. My fiance and I definitely recommend this place! Thank you again Mrs Susanne!

What a wonderful place to stay! It's so quiet and feels secluded, even though it's only a few minutes from town. The place is beautiful with a big jacuzzi tub and a comfy bed. There is a covered porch where Susanne served us a fabulous breakfast and where we sat in the evening and watched fire flies. We loved everything about our stay here and will definitely be back!

We had our reservations about staying at someone's actual house, but we had lol the privacy we could've asked for. We took a nice walk around the propert and looked at plants and trees and it was all beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious!

It was a perfect getaway from the city. Dogs, chickens, open fields. We hiked down to the Bayou and it was perfectly clean and clear. Large room, huge bathroom. Great hideaway.

My first BnB experience and it was wonderful. Close to town, but off the road. It was definitely more retreat like. Peaceful, serene, and surrounded by nature, it was the perfect complement to the busy-ness and crowds of the Audubon Pilgrimage. This was a mother -daughter trip and the accommodations were beautiful, spacious and our hostess thought of everything we might need. Breakfast was scrumptious and farm-fresh healthy. There were also lots of books available and a porch just for guests to enjoy the outdoors. I was even able to roll out my yoga mat every day. Susanne, you are an amazing hostess and we look forward to staying with you on our next trip. Thank you so much. Karen Terry and Rita Herrington
