The space
Located on the top (3rd) floor of this 1903 estate, which underwent a complete renovation/restoration in 2023.

With an open concept of a full kitchen, dining room, game table area, living room, it is the perfect space for a gathering of friends and family. The property features a separate sitting area with attached King bedroom along with a Queen bedroom, located off of the living room. Two full bathrooms, one with an oversized tile shower and the other with a modern soaking tub (with a hand shower) complete the main living area.

An open loft space, with 2 twin beds is located up the beautiful spiral staircase, above the living room.

A large private balcony, partially covered by the branches of a beautiful magnolia tree is a perfect space for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

NO elevators - must be able to navigate stairs.

One designated parking space behind the property (this is a tight parking space and longer vehicles need to exercise extreme caution when exiting).

There is free street parking directly across the property on Headley Avenue. Please do not park on West 6th Street, as this is designated parking for the neighbors homes (potential for towing if parking on West 6th)
