Our house is on a paved and well-located street, just 500 meters (6-minute walk) from Praia do Lázaro, a beach with calm waters and perfect for families. The beach has a good infrastructure of kiosks and, walking along the sand, you can also discover the charming Sununga Beach and the exclusive Domingas Dias, all without having to take the car out of the garage. A few meters from the house there are restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy, a market, a wine cellar and everything you need.

Our house is located in Praia do Lázaro, one of the most sought after in Ubatuba for its tranquility and infrastructure.
