Nestled in the bustling yet charming Mandaluyong City, this thoughtfully designed studio apartment is a cozy haven for urban adventurers. Note: the loft type bed features a single sized bed. Additional bed foam may be provided upon request.
Guest access
The unit is located in the 3rd floor. As our guest, you will have exclusive access to the unit you are renting, ensuring your privacy and comfort during your stay.

Here are our house rules and FAQs. Please take time to read them so we won’t have a problem during your stay.
House rules:
1. TURN OFF the airconditioning unit when you are outside. If we find that the AC is on when you are outside, we are allowed to turn it off via remote.
2. Wifi will be given to you upon check in
3. Toiletries are provide except personal items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, napkins etc.
4. You are allowed to use slippers while in the unit. But it should be clean. Only 1 pair of slippers is provided inside the room.
5. Our house has dogs. They are free to roam around during the day but are put in their cages during nighttime. Please notify us if this will be a concern for you. You may hear barks from time to time but rest assured that we will keep you at peace during your stay.
6. NO PARKING.
7. We have a strict cancellation policy. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hrs from booking, if the check in date is atleast 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made atleast 7 days before check in. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days from check in
9. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the room. You can smoke outside or in the rooftop
10. Check in time is 1pm. Checkout time is 11 am. We allow late checkout subject to a fee of 200 but NOT beyond 12:30pm. We need time to clean the room for the next guest who will be checking in by 1pm.

What am I renting?
- You are renting a studio type unit with private bathroom, kitchen and AC. This is located in the third floor of our house. It is equipped with an aircon, bed, TV with netflix, wifi, chair, closet, and a bathroom with water heater.
Are there CCTVs in the house?
- Yes. Located outside the units. There are NO cctvs in your unit.
Do you accept pets?
- Yes! I am also a pet lover. However, only small breeds are allowed. And while we allow pets in your unit, we cannot allow you to let them sleep in the bed. You must bring a cage where your pet will sleep. If you don’t have a cage, we have spare cages. We may impose additional cleaning fees as necessary so please follow this.
Is smoking allowed?
- No, you can’t smoke inside the room/house. Violation will incur penalties which will amount to the cost of removing smoke odor by cleaning professionals.
Do you allow visitors?
- Yes. Visitors are permitted, but they must not sleep in the leased premises, otherwise, the tenant will be responsible for paying an additional guest fee.
Can I add additional guest during my stay?
- Yes, subject to additional guest fee of Php 275 each guest per day. A child is considered an additional guest.
Is there parking?
- No.
Is vax card required?
- No. But we will appreciate it if you are vaccinated.
Does the TV have Netflix & Youtube?
- Yes.
