Certainly not everyone visits the temples of Abydos and Dendera because it is quite a long drive, but definitely worth it because these are 2 of the most beautiful temples in Egypt. And the best thing is, in these temples there are no swarms of tourists and you can wander and enjoy undisturbed. You are picked up from your accommodation in Luxor and go first to the temple of Abydos, which is located about 170 km north of Luxor. The temple is famous for its many graves and graves, which date from the kings of the First and Second Dynasty. There is a lunch box and drink with us on the road.
