Suggestions will show after typing in the search input. Use the up and down arrows to review. Use enter to select. If the selection is a phrase, that phrase will be submitted to search. If the suggestion is a link, the browser will navigate to that page.

Withdraw or change a special offer you sent to a guest

Sending special offers is a great way to encourage bookings or make someone’s day. But sometimes, you might need to cancel or change your offer. 

As long as the guest hasn’t accepted yet, you’re free to cancel or change the offer. If they’ve already accepted, you’ll have to send your guest a trip change request to make any changes to the reservation.

Withdrawing a special offer

Withdraw a special offer on desktop

  1. Click Messages and open the message from your guest
  2. Click Review special offer and click Withdraw special offer
  3. Click Yes, withdraw to confirm

Changing a special offer

To make changes to a special offer, you will need to withdraw it and send a new one. The guest will be notified that the special offer has been withdrawn, and again when your new offer has been made.

Send a new special offer on desktop

  1. Click Messages and open the message from your guest
  2. Click Review special offer and then click Withdraw special offer
  3. Click Yes, withdraw to confirm
  4. To send a new special offer, click Special offer
  5. Make changes to dates or guest counts as necessary
  6. Under the Subtotal, enter the price you’d like to offer for the entire stay
  7. Click Send special offer
