Can I make changes to a pending reservation request?
If the request hasn’t been accepted by the host and is pending, you can withdraw the request and send a new one with your updated reservation details.
To do this through the message thread, go to your inbox, find the message thread with the host, and click or tap Withdraw request.
You can also cancel a reservation request through your trips:
- Go to Trips and find the reservation you want to cancel under the Upcoming tab (your reservation status must be Pending)
- Click or tap Show more trip plans
- Click or tap Cancel reservation
After you’ve cancelled or withdrawn the request, you can then send a new request with your changed dates or number of guests.
