Payouts by Payoneer debit card

If Payoneer is available for your country or region, it’ll be shown as an option when you add a payout method

Already have a Payoneer card? Contact Payoneer to link it to your Airbnb payouts.

Signing up with Payoneer

If you’re signing up for Payoneer as a new customer with Airbnb, make sure the address you provide matches the one on your Airbnb payout method page. After signing up, Payoneer will review your details and may request more information (like a government ID or Social Security number). You’ll receive approval by email, usually within two days.

Once approved, Payoneer will post your card, which should arrive in 4–15 working days. Activate the card to start receiving funds. If you don’t get your card, please contact Payoneer customer support.

If you don’t complete your Payoneer verification within a 90-day period, then the application will expire and you’ll need to reapply.

Receiving payouts on your Payoneer debit card

Once your Payoneer card is set up, Airbnb will send your payouts to your Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard in USD or EUR, depending on your country. You can check your balance on the Payoneer website. Payouts are typically transferred to your account within 1–3 hours after Airbnb releases the funds.

Note: The Payoneer daily transaction limit is $50,000 USD and you can only add one Payoneer Prepaid debit card payout method to your account.

Payoneer fees

Payoneer charges fees for certain transactions and inquiries, especially those outside the card’s country of issuance. For details on fees, visit the Payoneer Support Centre.
