Something not right about how a host or guest is interacting with you on a stay, a service, or on an experience, or afterwards or just how they’re portraying themselves on Airbnb? If you think they’re offensive, attempting to scam you, or something else, you can report them to Airbnb. Your report helps us keep the whole Airbnb community safe.
When you block someone, you can also choose to report them to Airbnb.
Report a host or guest on Airbnb through their profile
Report a profile on desktop
- Click the profile of the person you want to report
- Click
Report at the bottom of the page - Under What’s happening? select your reason for reporting the profile
- Click Next
- Give further details, and then click Submit
