Do I have to refund my guests when they make a complaint?
Our Rebooking and Refund Policy and basic requirements for Hosts help protect guests from things like last-minute Host cancellations, lockouts and listings that are misrepresented, unsanitary or lacking in promised amenities or other items. If you don’t meet one or more of these basic requirements, Airbnb may require you to refund a guest.
