Search for listings with accessibility features

We believe that anyone can belong anywhere—and we want to make it easier for people with disabilities and other accessibility needs to have a good time using Airbnb. You can search for a home, service, or experience that offers accessibility features such as a home with a step-free entrance or a service hosted in sign language.

If a listing that you’re interested in does not have any accessibility information, please contact the host to discuss your accessibility needs.

Where to find accessibility information in a listing

Here’s where you can find more details on its accessibility features and determine if they meet your needs.

  • Listing description: Hosts may add accessibility information in the description of their home, service, or experience listing
  • Accessibility section: For homes, hosts will have added a detailed description of any accessibility feature they’ve selected in the Accessibility section
  • Things to know section: Selected accessibility features for experiences will be displayed in the Things to Know section of the listing
  • Contact the host: If you’d like more information on the accessibility features of a listing, or if you need to request a reasonable adjustment to access a home or participate in a service or experience, you can message the host directly

Nondiscrimination and Accessibility Policies

As part of our commitment to inclusion and respect for everyone in our community, our Nondiscrimination Policy doesn't allow hosts to treat a guest differently or turn them down simply because they have a disability.

Our Accessibility Policy also sets expectations for hosts around accommodating requests for reasonable adjustments in order to allow someone with accessibility needs to use or enjoy a home, service, or experience.
