What does it mean if I’m interacting with a co-host or an assistant on an Airbnb Experience?

If a host has added a Team to their experience, you may interact with an assistant or a co-host instead of the primary host.

    If you’re interacting with a co-host

    • Their name, photo, and bio will appear on the experience page
    • They are able to help lead experiences, and may either be present with the primary host or lead your group by themselves
    • They are able to respond to your messages and inquiries, and their role will be displayed to guests in the group message

If you’re interacting with an assistant

    • Their name, photo, and bio won’t appear on the experience page
    • They are able to help manage experiences but not lead any guests
    • They are able to respond to your messages and inquiries, and their role will be displayed to guests in the group message
