    Listings that are great for long stays meet several quality standards.

    Amenities for living

    These listings have been equipped with amenities that accommodate longer trips, including:

    • Washing Machine
    • Dryer
    • Kitchen
    • Wifi
    • Essentials (toilet paper, soap, towels, bed linen, and pillows)

    High average ratings and response rate

    These hosts must maintain a review score of 4.8 or higher and must respond to 90% of booking requests within 24 hours over the last year.

    Discounted monthly pricing and deferred payments

    Staying for 28 nights or more opens up new discounted rates for your stay. Listings that are great for long stays must either provide a discount for monthly stays or be priced exclusively for 28 days or longer.
