    How do I request an additional refund from my host?

    Refund requests should be handled through our Resolution Centre.

    If you had to cancel a reservation and your host agreed to offer an additional refund on top of the amount you received from their cancellation policy, first confirm the agreed with your host through your Airbnb message thread. Once you've done that, you can submit your refund request through our Resolution Centre.
