[Accommodation Renewal] We've renewed it to an accommodation where you'd like to stay longer by adding amenities. I was a Superhost with a high rating and a lot of reviews, but it was reset during the renewal process, so everything disappeared. Guests who are worried because there are no reviews will have no regrets even if they choose. ^ ^ [listing description] This is a spacious house in the city. There are 2 double beds, and the rest of the space is spacious, so you can stay up to 2 more people.(Total of 6 people) We will prepare mats and bedding according to the number of people, Because it is a new building, it is a heated and clean accommodation. It is 8 minutes by car from Pyeonghwa Plaza, 5 minutes by bus terminal, 2 minutes by car from Rose Street, and less than 10 minutes by foot, so it is convenient for those who come without a car. Internet Wi-Fi is installed in the room, and air purifiers, water purifiers are available. It is used as a private house, and CCTV is installed on each floor, and the security code is entered, the front door password is entered, and the double lock is provided, so you can safely enjoy your trip. If the number of guests is 4 or less, this is a single-family home that uses 2 of 3 rooms to choose from. We are giving discount tickets to Mokpo Sea Cable Car to those staying. Estacion 1913 is a quality-certified accommodation by the Korea Tourism Organization. The overall interior is a clean background in white and mint with Botero's intense and humid paintings to add to the visual satisfaction of customers. There is a private bathroom, private air conditioner, hair dryer, wooden hanger and table in every room. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware for simple cooking, and we provide an American-style self-serve breakfast every morning, including bread and cereal, milk, eggs, butter, cake, coffee, and tea.
