What you'll do

The evening starts with a wonderful 90 minute yoga class in a group of maximum six participants. We will be practicing Hatha Vinyasa style similar to the way Jivamukti yoga is practiced. The class is a beautiful mixture of fluid moments and balance to create inner awareness, power and calm. Posture, alignement and breathing techniques are explained in detail. Clear modifications offered for both the less experienced yogi and seasoned practicioners.
After a deep relaxation in Shavasana, the fifth element of yoga will be practiced: a delicious dinner will be served. It normally will contain a soup, a main meal and a dessert. During dinner it's time to talk, laugh and enjoy. As all of us have been around for several years, you can ask us about some ideas what to do and where to go during your stay in Berlin.
Other things to note
For yoga - be sure that you wear comfy clothes and that you don't have any injuries which might impair your practice. You might want to bring a towel with you.
For dinner - vegan food will be served. Be sure that you like such delicious stuff.

We are a team of three - Maren, Johanna & Alexander. We all have been living and travelling in several countries around the world and met in 2018 as a study group for the studies of Psychology. We are all yoga practicioners and as part of our weekly meetings we always cook together - excellent vegan cuisine. One of us is a 500 h professional yoga teacher, the others are excellent Chefs.

Where you'll be

We will welcome you in a well renovated apartment in a typical residential building of 1907 in Prenzlauer Berg, one of Berlin's most intriguing central districts, easy to reach by Metro (S 41, 42, 8, 85) or Tram (M2).

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID
