What you'll do
We will start by finding a comfortable seated position on bolsters or on a chairs so that you are comfortable. Then i will guide through the different mindfulness techniques to become more aware of our sensations & breath and thus calm the mind.

I started meditating at the Brighton Buddhist centre in 1991 and was quickly hooked on this fascinating technique which allowed me to have a powerful meeting with my inner world. I have been attending meditation classes and retreats since 1991 and teaching mindfulness meditation since 2016. This mindfulness class is a wonderful tool for becoming more aware of our sensations.
Where you'll be
We will be in the perfect space with everything we need to get comfortable & thus be able to relax into the practice.
Things to know
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
Up to 10 guests ages 10 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.
This class is perfect for beginners & regular meditators. Everyone is welcome.
