What you'll do

TNL 58' (The Next Level) is a 58 minute outdoor class. Everyone meets and places their belongings at the front with me during the workout. There is a full warm-up and cool-down stretch, as well as a flow to the workout session. It's not yoga but has the feel of yoga during the stretches. All movements are connected with the tempo and flow of each song a personally curated playlist (music is my first career so this element is truly essential to the experience). There are 2 meditations; one in the middle of the class and one at the close of class. The combination of high intensity or middle-intensity (for those who don't practice sports as much) with meditation coached by a gifted connector is powerful. Water and mats provided for everyone (locals and those with outdoor yoga mats are welcome to bring their mats and waters and pay a discounted rate).

Each TNL 58' workout experience does not move during the class but the location of the experience may vary according to season, weather and the interest of attendees.

Things to know

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 6 guests ages 14 and up can attend.

More tips

Please wear workout clothing and shoes you feel comfortable training in (running shoes are fine or training shoes for outdoors). You will sweat so prepare for this. :) This workout is modifiable for injuries and returning to fitness but isn't advised for someone who has never worked out before.
