What you'll do

In beautiful Las Canteras beach and we'll do sensual breathwork practices to harness our own energy. Series for the Womb by Carlos Castaneda and Xayaxolohtli for Lucid Dreaming by Sergio Magana. Immediately awakened sensual energy and vitality will be triggered through breath and movement. Continued practice will provide a feeling of well being, peace and energetic mastery.

I'm a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP, we´re about 20% of the world population) and this exercise has brought me out of the grief and loss into love, healing and confidence.
We go into our subconscious cave using hypnogogic breath. You become a conduit of white light of the sun accessing precious knowledge.
We allow Vitamin D to shine from crown to womb *through clothes.
Series for the Womb is for expanding beyond the 5 senses. Shamans of ancient Mexico believed the womb to be a perceiving box. The exercises moves the assemblage point of our energy fields from behind our shoulders to our womb. Shamans believed the womb to be a tool of evolution. We interpret the world via our wombs.

Where you'll be

We'll meditate in front of at the Unesco protected barrier reef of Las Canteras beach. We'll meet at the Starbucks on Las Canteras. A few steps away is the beach. The inlet boasts hundreds of different fish and plant species. It's an ideal place to relax between volcanic rock formations. On the right side of the reef whales and dolphins are known to feed and swim.

The Toltec chakra meditation with Sheila was fantastic. She carefully listened to my story and quickly suggested the most beneficial type of visualization we should go for then was really descriptive and patient and supportive during the practice. Totally recommend! Thank you so much Sheila!

It felt just like the last two shamans who were not able to help me. She says only “you” can make a change... but if I knew how, I would not be seeking help from a shaman. It is nothing more than a breathing exercise (breathe in to 13 and breathe out to 8). Turn your head from right to left for four counts. I did not feel better afterwards. I felt very disappointed. You are supposed to do it for 52 days, and it is a time consuming process (took about 30 minutes). So my meditation practice that I currently use isn’t good enough. I did not get a lot out of the experience and won’t be seeking help from “shamans” anymore.

Guests only need to have an open mind and a desire to heal and communicate with nature. If it´s sunny, you may want to wear sunscreen and bring water to drink. You should wear comfortable clothes.
