What you'll do

This is the experience for people looking to learn how to get around New York City. You will learn today! We will meet in Harlem on 125th street and work our way downtown. The subway map will be explained so guests have a thorough understanding of how to navigate the city. We will explore 116th street, then north Central Park. We will walk through the park towards the east side and visit The Museum of the City of New York, Madison avenue shops, and eventually 42nd street. We will walk west on 42nd street towards Times Square and then take the MTA to the High Line. The next stop will be the Union Square were we will take the train to Court Square. We will check out Court House, the Federal Building, and the African American Burial Ground's film for a rest break. Next we will walk to Wall Street, the Bull, make stops for NYC trinkets and refreshments. We will then check out the slate map, ride the Staten Island Ferry, and return to Bowling Green.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 15 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.

Our trip remains flexible to your desires. My goal is to help you navigate NYC, understand the neighborhoods, and make sure you have a great time! Pack as light as possible, wear comfortable shoes, and be ready to walk. All ages are more than welcome but please keep in mind we will be walking.
