What we’ll do

Are you looking to experience Toronto in a different way while also breaking a sweat? Then you've come to the right place. We will be jogging at a light pace along Toronto's scenic Waterfront Trail. We’ll meet at Budapest Park, where we’ll do introductions and some stretching exercises before beginning our jog. Be prepared to be active and sweat while also having fun. Please bring your own sunscreen and water. I will bring extra water bottles. Dress comfortably (preferably active wear) and wear running shoes. Please arrange your own transportation.
