What you'll do

We will start with a meeting in a room in the area of San Temo, where I will briefly explain the history of tango, its meaning, how to handle itself in the milongas, and new codes of Queer Tango culture that is already part of Argentine culture . Then I will show you the first steps, in both roles, both men and women, as well as moving in a milonga as a dancer. I propose to you to discover the milongas in which all the people can invite to dance and in which all can choose roles, without being marked that the one that "leads" or "leads" is the other. "It's not about being a man or a woman." You will live a different and free tango night with live orchestral music and / or exhibition of a couple of professional dance, where you will see, dance and you will feel in an authentic Tango Queer night. Before it was unthinkable that two men or two women danced together but now there are many milongas where this has already become natural. Let's enjoy them together!

If you already have experience and want to hire a dancer as your exclusive dance partner in the milonga, you just have to tell me, send me a message

I am a professional in the area of human relations and I am also a passionate tango dancer. I started taking tango classes more than 15 years ago. I trained with different teachers and styles of this dance, incorporating from the beginning the perspective of role changes in the dance, leading role and led role, regardless of the gender of who danced it, so I discovered Tango Queer, this different form of dance, where roles do not matter, but dance as a social encounter. I met dance spaces and influential people within the Tango Queer circuit, which I frequent.
Currently I dedicate an average of ten hours a week to my training in this passion, plus the practices and presentations in which I participate. I am constantly growing in knowledge of innovative techniques applicable to tango.

It was a very relaxing, educational and highly interactive experience for us. Prior to this lesson, neither of us had ever taken even a single Tango dance step! But Alfredo and Alejandro were pros. They were fun, extremely patient and informative instructors. Following the private tango lesson in their apartment, they drove us to an authentic milonga a short drive away. From start to finish, it was a great evening that I enthusiastically recommend!

Alfredo is a great dancer! We went to a club with a fantastic orchestra, tango dancing and a midnight performance. He’s open to changing plans and responds quickly.

I met Alfredo and his friend Emma at Alfredo’s apartment where we had a 1.5 hour one to one class and then we went to weekly queer Milonga downtown. They were both very friendly, really keen dancers and very patient, as it was my very first time. I felt really comfortable and inspired by this experience. Keep on dancing!!

We wouldn’t know what is true Argentiean tango without this session. Not only we learned basics about how to Tango, but we experienced a very authentic, everyday-life kind of Tango music and dance itself during the milonga session. Not to mention the queer side of it! It sparkled my further interest to Tango.
