What you'll do

We’ll be going through the entire process from start to finish. I’ll have a recipe for you to follow which you can bring home for your adventures of brewing kombucha.
First we’ll make the tea- I’ll explain what teas are the best and ones to avoid.
Next, we will get canning jars ready and put your scoby in.
At that point we’ll talk about what to do next, since the fermentation process takes about 7-10 days.
I’ll give you some helpful hints and some of my recommendations for my favorite flavors.
You’ll leave with your jar of kombucha you’ve made and wait for it to ferment at home.
We’ll finish up with any questions or concerns you may have.
Happy Brewing!

Hello! I love brewing Kombucha. I own a farm with my family in Hancock New Hampshire. We have chickens and ducks and love making my own kombucha with the herbs and fruits we grow. I’ve been brewing kombucha for 3 years and every year I find myself making new and improved flavors. There is just something about saving money and making things yourself. I love teaching others how to make anything themselves. Especially, the things I love the most. Perfecting the art of food and beverages has been one of my major goals in life. I love trying to new things and creating a perfection.
I’ve been teaching friends and family how to brew kombucha and hope that I can teach others and then you’ll be able to show your family and friends too. It’s so much fun and certainly a conversation starter when you have a “scoby hotel” sitting on your counter.
