What you'll do

We will accompany you to the wonderful world of ricotta ravioli and cavati with pork sauce, thanks to the typical Ragusan products.
First of all with the dough with flour from an ancient stone mill that grinds ancient grains such as Russello and Tumminia.
Then we will prepare the ricotta used by a "massaro" who will serve us to fill the ravioli and we will prepare the sauce with pork, bred in farms in the area.
At the end we will mix the pasta to start making the "cavati and ravioli"
and we will have lunch or dinner accompanying our cavati and ravioli with PDO Ragusano horse cheese, fresh provola and local wine
