She was a great instructor who gave us a great hands on experience in learning how to make Shumai. She helped us make the shumai and served us a lunch meal afterwards, which was delicious. Overall, we had great food and a fun class. Our instructor did not speak English, so it was a little difficult to communicate.

This experience is a real gem!! Chef was an expert in making dumplings! She showed me how to make perfect dumplings within a 300 year old restaurant near Tiannamen Street. I wasn’t expecting much, with how little I paid, but it was the highlight of my trip!! Come hungry, because Chef provides several other dishes that the restaurant is famous for. Best experience of my trip in Beijing!! Highly recommended!!
