What you'll do
Anahit, the leader of the activity, is Armenian, the granddaughter of an excellent cook. The aim is to experiment together with Armenian ways of cooking, eating, and celebrating. In our kitchen you will find a little Armenia, with its spicy and sour or sweet and buttery flavours. Have you ever tried walnut or rose jam? Would you like to make paklava or tolma? While we are cooking, it will be a pleasure to share stories and talk about Armenian culture and history.

. I am a history graduate, and, for what it’s worth, I try to do my best to spread peace, equality, and freedom. I am passionate about nature, travel, and sport. I invite you for a bike ride in the Marche hills to visit wineries and taste the local wines, or a walk with my dog Numa, a lovely Maremma. Try the honey made by our bees in the homemade sweets we prepare for breakfast. My wife Anahit runs an Armenian cookery course, during which you can listen to tales from the culture of her nation.
