Where you'll be

We will meet in front of the Romanian Athenaeum (Street Benjamin Franklin, No. 1-3) - see the main entrance with big stairs and columns in front.

We will pass by the Royal Palace, the Central Library, King Carol I statue, then we do a longer stop in the Revolution square, in front of the former Communist Party headquarter and talk about the revolution in 1989 and the fall of the communism regime.

We continue our walking tour along the Victoriei

A fabulous experience. Manuela presented the tour in a really friendly and informative manner. We learnt so much from her about Bucharest and it's history. She was also incredibly thoughtful taking care of my 83 year old father in the tour, incorporating small rest stops when needed and even joined us for a cup of tea. I would really recommend this tour as it leaves you feeling more connected to the city and it's wonderful culture. Thank you so much.
