What you'll do

Japanese Sake Tasting Event for beginners

Japanese Sake tasting/ introduction  pairing it with fermented food.
Making Onigiri,
Introducing Matcha.
Have you ever tried  a good quality Japanese sake?
 We have different kinds of it in this country, Japan. We will host you a  seminar and tasting to give you an opprtunity to meet some.
It's surely difficult to find nice sake. but you will know which one choose after hearing this seminar.

And we would like to introduce Japanese fermented food culture such as miso, soja sauce, koji mold and so on.
If you rather take a combined culture, cheese is someting that goes well fermented alcohol, sake.
Please feel free to try out the best pairing we offer by yourself.
And we would like to give you an opportunity to  experience making one of  Japanese soul food ''o-ngiri'' with your favorite ingredients such as tuna and salmon.
We are thinking of offering you Matcha  (powdered green tea) with Japanese sweets.
We hope you will enjoy our food/ alcohol culture by exploring it by yourself.

I've been to Paris for study abroad 1year and a half. During my stay in Paris, I ‘ve really enjoyed cultural exchange.
Many people are interested in Japanese culture like food, drink and tea ceremony.
Since then I have been wanted to tell our tradaitional culture for foreingers.
Now I have certification of Sake Diploma of Japan Sommelier Association,
Wine Expert and Fermentaion Meister.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements
