What you'll do

A walk through the past, present and future of Mendoza. A story about the independence of Argentina, our aborigines and the waves of immigrants that shaped our culture, a story about wine and traditions.

We will walk through the main squares of the city, sighting historical buildings, learning about the "acequias" that irrigate our province and much more. At the end we will visit the most popular bar in the city, where the music is excellent and the beers too.

A cheap option for those in a hurry to see the city and learn about the history of Mendoza and Argentina in a must-see outing!
Starting place: Gutiérrez 204 “Ministry of Culture” at 06:30 pm

* Those who do the tour can make the experience without visiting the last destination (Café-Bar).
** At the bar/cafe each visitor pays their drinks and meals a la carte

Im a musician and journalist with 5 years of experience in the world of tourism. Also a huge history and wine fan!!
My experiences show new things to those who visit Mendoza: boutique wineries, blue mountains full of stories and the city with its unique squares, restaurants and bars where the mendocineans go to have a good time and enjoy good company.

A huge thank you to you, Diago. Wow! What a wonderful tour, and what an amazing young man! Firstly, my husband commented and appreciated how knowledgeable he was on many aspects beyond the tour. Although I had already visited the plazas, the information he gave was beyond anything I could have known from a simple visit. A huge thank you for a super tour with such knowledge and pleasantry! Excellent tour! Diago was immediately very friendly and connected. We so enjoyed his conversation, learned so much and appreciated his kind, and caring approach. 😊 I highly recommend this tour to any visitor to Mendoza. Thank you, Diago , for the great conversation at the pub after the tour. We shall cherish those memories, and if you ever choose to come to Canada, please look us up. We welcome you. Thanks again for a beautiful tour. It was The best!

Perfect tour of Mendoza! I am so happy I did it; I now have a better understanding of the history of the city, but also Argentina. Agustín is super knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was well-paced.

I went into this wondering if we could find better use of our time, and ended up feeling this experience far exceeded our expectations. The tour was entirely in English and we met two other English speakers on the tour. Augustine was very knowledgeable about Mendoza and South American history and made learning about it fun. Afterwards, we all enjoyed beers together and made friends with the other tour participants.
