What you'll do

Our yoga class welcomes beginners and students of all levels. The class is always restorative and leaves students with a profound sense of well-being. This class is designed to increase and to rejuvenate body awareness, flexibility, strength, balance, concentration, as well as relaxation. A step-by-step approach to each pose with particular attention to alignment and mindful breathing will be emphasized during this practice.

If you are pregnant, menstruating, have injuries or other issues, please inform the teacher to discuss any special needs.

The yoga venue is in a beautiful outdoor Balinese hut something you wouldn’t be able to experience just anywhere. Mardi has a great calming energy and is a fantastic teacher. She made us feel at ease and made us laugh too. Something to note which isn’t in the description is that if you want the taxi transfer you have to call the hotel up prior! After the class you also get to unwind further in the gorgeous pool next to the river. Great experience!
